How do I find out my ring size?

To help you get an idea of your ring size, we've created a handy ring size checker for you below - but don't worry, if we're making a piece for you, we'll professionally mesasure you for size so the fit is perfect!

Can I make something bespoke?

YES - the options are limitless! We can produce items in Platinum, Sterling Silver, yellow, green, rose and white gold and we source and can cut gemstones and jewels to order. For bespoke orders visit our bespoke brand Ibex Gold at www.ibexgold.com for further details.

How long do orders take?

Depending on the complexity of your design and materials used, this can vary. However, we do aim to deliver between 4-8 weeks from the point of order or consultation. With all of our orders, we'll keep you updated at each key step, so you know where your piece is upto!

I don't live in the UK - can I still order?

Of course! We've sent and have produced items all over the world!

Where are you based? Is there a shop I can visit?

We're UK designers and makers based in the hills of Cheshire and we travel internationally to deliver our custom pieces - our inspiration can be taken from anywhere! Our online store is open 24/7 and we're on hand to answer any questions you might have, and if you want to see us in person, we can arrange a consulation, or you can also catch us at the markets and events we trade at.

I'm a retailer - can I stock your products?

Would the ring style I choose affect my ring size?

Generally speaking, no. Rings with a deep band width may need to be slightly larger than normal, but we can advise you of this at the consulation or order stage - just get in touch!

How do you ensure quality? Is your jewellery hallmarked?

All pieces come fully Hallmarked by the Goldsmith’s Assay Office in London. They process and test precious metals to guarantee the purity of the alloys. This is our and your guarantee of the quality and purity of the materials used. All metals, jewels, stones and gemstones used by Loubee Rox are ethically sourced and are responsibly mined. Our diamonds come fully GIA certified.

I have some old jewellery I need fixed - can you help?

Yes! Our team love fixing and reworking old, broken or unloved jewellery. Just drop us an email and we'll take it from there!

How will my jewellery be delivered to me?

All products are all sent Royal Mail First Class and signed for. Higher value items will be sent via insured Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Do I need to pay anything upfront for a custom order/commission?

Yes - once you commit to going ahead with your commission, a 50% deposit is required and is non-refundable. This is because we buy the materials and put them through certain processes which cannot be used for anything else. The design, and first and second carvings are included in the initial quote - further carvings will incur additional charges.
